  Please think about what the Wall Street Journal did.  It has been over three years since an abortionist was killed or even attacked with serious bodily harm (Barnett Slepian, October, 1998); and there has never been a case of an expectant mother being shot at an abortion clinic (although hundreds have been killed there by abortionists committing botched abortions).  Yet the Wall Street Journal, the financial newspaper of record that becomes required reading for the several thousand people and their minions who actually hold the power of work or unemployment, of life or death, in the USA, did not hesitate, in spite of the fact that their accusation is not only not supported by the facts, but actually defies the facts, to accuse Neal Horsley of making every person going into an abortion clinic a target for a terrorist assassin.  This kind of false reporting goes past the point of yellow journalism and enters an entirely new realm, a realm that can only be fittingly described as hysterical.  At what point would journalism be considered hysterical, if not at that point?  And it was the Wall Street Journal that did it.

(Christian Gallery News Service, June 18, 2002)At first glance, this story might appear to be a whiny piece about how poor old Neal Horsley has been slapped around by Planned Parenthood and the national news media.  Please, for God's sake, do not let that first impression prevent you from looking at the story.  The story is really not about me; I'm just a character in the story: the story is actually about how the abortion industry is using lies told through the national news media to condition the American people to tolerate legalized abortion, conditioning the American people so that each and every citizen in the USA is brought into active collaboration with the blood soaked people who make millions of dollars each year legally butchering the children of God in the United States of America.

PUTTING THIS ALL IN CONTEXT : How confusion enters the scene

Have you ever had some one tell a lie about you and then tried to correct the lie in people's minds?  It's not an easy thing to do under the best of circumstances.  And, if people wanted to believe the worst about you in the first place, it takes a miracle to overcome the lie.

This is an investigative news article looking for a miracle.  Here you will see actual news stories that were broadcast to the nation first from the lips of Planned Parenthood and then, over the course of three years, from the lips of most newscasters and news commentators in the nation, until, finally, even the Christian leaders of the "pro-life" movement in the United States of America like Alan Keyes were repeating Planned Parenthoods lies.  Those news stories were heard over and over again by millions of people, but until now they were not heard either in their entirety or in a context that gave Neal Horsley an opportunity to receive a fair hearing for the message that he attempted to send to the American people.

THE LIE

What was the lie?

The picture to the left both repeats the lie and defines it as well: Neal Horsley uses words to kill people.  The image was used to introduce an article published in Bill Gate's Microsoft Network "Slate" magazine.  Entitled "After 9/11, What Can Abortion Protesters Get Away With?", the magazine article is only the latest example of literally hundreds of print articles published over the last three years that either implied or specifically told the American people that Neal Horsley is trying to incite people to violence against abortionists and women going to commit abortion, that Neal Horsley wants to see abortionists killed, that Neal Horsley wants to see abortion clinics bombed, wants to see any and all violence, mayhem and terrorism launched against abortionists and abortion clinics. View the news reports assembled here and you will see these lies broadcast again, and again, and again over the course of three years until the great majority of people in the nation believed the lie as self-evident truth.  But they believed a lie nonetheless. As you trace the path the lies have taken, you will see how Planned Parenthood has taken the thing called Neal Horsley and turned me into an explanatory symbol designed to prove how unwise it is to publicly stand up and cry out against legalized abortion.  As the cartoon graphically demonstrates, anyone who does that is liable to have their cries of anguish on behalf of the slaughtered unborn twisted and made to look like white hot bullets designed to terrorize and kill living people.
